Make sure all printed materials and menu’s are set out, restocked as needed Set up / breaking down the tasting room bar, patios, etc. Work towards developing relationships with guests and explore the potential of them becoming Wine Club members Ensure a fun and memorable customer experience for all. Lead guests through wine tasting flights if desired – educating them about the Rabble story, wines, and brands. We make sure all have an exceptional time regardless of their interest in wine. Some may come to taste, others may come to look at the castle. Greet all visitors that come through the front doors. Other tasks may be assigned as we grow and explore new initiatives.
